Mr. Robert Swercewski teaches science in Team 7-3.  In addition, he also serves as the adviser to the SIS Explorers, a club who travels to Costa Rica to an education center (elaborate).  This year the club will travel there (dates)

When he’s not in the classroom, Mr. S enjoys spending time with his family.  (elaborate — what things do you like to do)

Mr. S believes you should always “Do your best.”  He takes inspiration from his favorite book, Into Africa:  The Epic Adventures of Stanley and Livingstone.  In 1866, without GPS, cell phones, and even a map, a former missionary, Dr. David Livingstone led a massive expedition into the heart of Africa. Within weeks, the explorer had vanished without a trace. Years passed with no word.  The book details the search for this explorer and what it took to eventually find him. (explain why you like it)

Mr. S enjoys an adventure, too.  In addition to traveling to Costa Rica, he has also been to Mexico. (can you tell us about your trip?)

The color yellow, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and the movie Caddy Shack are other favorites.
